“You’re kidding right?” Roy said as he watched Jade place Lian, who was still cooing and waving her arms excitedly, into the pack. Granted it was thick and would support her fine but… 

“You’ll know when I’m kidding.” She said turning to arch an eyebrow at him. “What?”

“You’re taking her along?” He said pointing to the pack. “Don’t you think taking a baby along on a covert mission is a little stupid?”

“Of course not.” Jade said hoisting the pack onto her back. “She’s been coming along with me since she was conceived.” 

”You’re kidding.”

Jade rolled her eyes. “What am I going to do ask my sister to watch her?” 

“Artemis!” Roy said pulling out his phone like he was going to call her right then and there. “Yes, we should call your sister. She can watch Lian.” 

“You’re funny.” Jade said and with that she walked out of the building leaving Roy no choice but to follow her.

OK I am sooooo ambivalent about Dick and Babs. I honestly could not give any fucks on if they get together or not in YJ or already are dating or whatever. I don’t care either way tbh

But I am soooooooo tired of people being like IT’S CANON IN THE COMICS

You know what else is canon in the comics? Lets go down the line. Just romance wise to start off with. Artemis has a baby with Icicle Jr in the comics. Wally has twins and is married to Linda Park in the comics. M’gann was NEVER romantically involved with Conner and you’d actually be really hard pressed to find a moment with them even on the same page much less interacting. Zatanna is YEARS older and romantically involved with Batman. Kaldur never existed much less was ever romantically involved with Tula.

Frankly the only three four canon relationships they have on the show is Roy and Cheshire who never were even close to married in the comics. Barry and Iris. And Green Arrow and Black Canary. Oh and Sportsmaster and Paula too. 

So stop saying that. Oh my god.

Uhm. Artemis didn’t start crime fighting to atone for her family. Artemis started crime fighting because she wanted to take her life into her own hands and not become a criminal like her dad said she would.
